Frequently asked questions
If the disconnected icon appears on the device thumbnail, it means the device is currently disconnected from ConnectPlayer Manager. Check the following to establish or restore your connection:
1. Is your device powered on
2. Is the device physically connected to your network? For example, check if the Ethernet cable is securely plugged in and whether the network LEDs on the front of the device are illuminated in green as expected. A solid green network LED indicates a normal connection. If the LED is blinking, it may indicate that the LAN cable is not connected, or that even if it is connected, the network status is abnormal.

If this error appears when adding a device from the Device Registration screen, it means the device already has an existing registration record in ConnectPlayer Manager.
A device can only have one registration record in ConnectPlayer Manager, so you must delete the existing record and remove the device from its current network.

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor.
To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
