ConnectPlayer Manager Overview
❶Main Menu
ConnectPlayer Manager allows you to manage content and devices efficiently:

Devices: Register devices, set screen orientation and layout, adjust bezels, manage cameras, and monitor device status.

Media: Upload and organize media files for use across your devices.
-
Playlists: Create playlists that sequence media and Ad content for continuous playback.
-
Ad Design: Design Ad content using templates or a blank canvas. Customize with text, media, and widgets, and optionally sync with Google Sheets.

Schedules: Set schedules based on date and time to display specific Ad content, media, or playlists.

Device Status: Monitor all registered devices in real time, including health, connectivity, CPU usage, and firmware version.

❷User & Account Settings
Click your username at the top right to open the dropdown menu, where you can access your profile, manage groups and users, and configure system settings.

Personal Profile: Update your account information, preferred language, and display formats. Enable two-factor authentication for added security.

Groups and Users: Organize devices, media, and users into separate workspaces. Manage group settings and assign user roles (User, Admin, Super Admin).

Audit Log: Track user actions (create, edit, delete) with timestamps, affected items, and IP addresses. Includes search and export to Excel.

Logout: Sign out of the system.

The super admin account can switch between groups using the dropdown menu at the top right.

On all ConnectPlayer Manager pages, only the content and devices assigned to the selected group will be displayed.

Any newly created items (devices, media, playlists, ads) are automatically assigned to the currently selected group.
❸Group Selection Menu
Click the Help icon in the bottom-right corner to open the user manual, which includes a Quick start video overview of key features and a step-by-step guide.

Status Bar: Shows the total number of registered devices, along with counts for online and offline devices.

Sort Icon: Sort items by oldest, newest, or alphabetically (A–Z or Z–A).

Refresh Icon: Refreshes the view to display the latest data and updates.

View Modes:
-
List View: Displays items in a vertical list for easy scanning and detailed information.
-
Card View: Shows items as individual cards with key details in a visual layout.
-
Map View: Displays device locations on a geographic map interface.
