Installation (Choose one)

Option A: TV Mounting
-
Step 1: Secure the mounting bracket to the device using the two provided 3mm screws.
-
Step 2: Insert the 8mm TV mounting bolt into the bracket and attach the locking washer.
-
Step 3: Thread the 8mm TV mounting bolt through the TV mounting hole and secure it with the hex nut.

Option B: Desktop Placement

Place the device on a flat, stable, and well-ventilated surface.

Getting Connected
-
Step 1 : Connect an Ethernet cable from your router or hub to the device’s LAN port. (The device obtains an IP address via DHCP by default.)
-
Step 2 : Connect an HDMI cable from the device to your display. (The default resolution will automatically match the display’s native resolution.)
-
Step 3 : Connect a USB mouse.

Step 4 : Connect the power adapter to a wall outlet. The device will power on automatically.

Registering Your Device

Step 1 : Once the device has finished booting, the Device ID (for example, ABCD-1234) will be displayed on the screen.

Step 2 : Open your browser and navigate to https://[company-name].connectplayer.net to access CONNECTPlayer Manager.
Note: (※ Please replace [company-name] with the unique domain name assigned to your company.)
(Example: If your company name is ndvision, enter (https://ndvision.connectplayer.net))

Step 3 : Sign in using your Google account. No separate registration is required.
-
Click the Sign in with Google button on the login page to connect.
-
If you are already signed in to your Google account, the sign-up or login process will complete automatically.

Step 4 : Click New Device.
-
Step 5 : Enter the Device ID.

Upload Media Files

Step 1 : Navigate to Media page and click New Media to open the upload window.
-
Step 2 : Drag and drop files from your computer into the upload window.
-
Step 3 : Click Upload.
-
Step 4 : Once the upload is complete, the media files will appear in the Media page. Click Deploy to Devices icon to open the Device Transfer window, where you can select a device to send the media to.
-
Step 5 : Click Deploy to Devices. The selected device will download the content and automatically begin playback when the download is complete.
