Processor: 2.3 GHz or higher

Memory: 4 GB RAM

OS: Windows 11 or 10 (32/64-bit)

Hardware Connection

Step 1: Plug SX5 Stick directly into the HDMI port of your display.
Tip: Use an HDMI 2.1 port whenever possible for optimal 4K high-definition playback.

Step 2: Connect the power. (Option B is highly recommended for stable operation)

Option A: Connect to the display's USB port (5V/1A or higher).

Option B (Recommended): Connect the power adapter to a wall outlet to prevent potential reboots caused by insufficient power.

Network Setup & Device Registration

Step 1: Press the [➀Menu] button on the remote to display the ➁Top menu.

Step 2: Use the [➂Arrow] buttons to select [➃NETWORK SETTINGS], then press [➄OK] to open [➅Network & Internet].

Step 3: Select your Wi-Fi from the list and connect.

Step 4: On your PC, go to https://[company-name].connectplayer.net.
Note: Replace [company-name] with your company’s unique domain (e.g., https://ndvision.connectplayer.net).

Step 5: Sign in with your Google account. No separate registration is required.
-
Click [Sign in with Google] button on the login page to connect.
-
If your account is already active, the process will complete automatically.

Step 6: Click [New Device].
-
Step 7: Enter the Device ID (e.g., ABCD-1234) displayed on your TV screen to complete the registration.
Upload Media Files

Step 1 : Click [New Media] to open the upload window.
-
Step 2 : Drag and drop files from your computer into the media page.
-
Step 3 : Click [Upload].
-
Step 4 : Once the upload is complete, the files will appear in the list. Click the [Deplou to Devices] icon to open the Device Transfer window.
-
Step 5 : Select your target device and click [Deploy to Devices]. The device will download the content and begin playback automatically once finished.
