A Schedule is a collection of events that define what content will be displayed and when. Events are displayed in a calendar format for easy visual management, and content priority can be managed in the Schedule List. Each event defines the time for content display or display termination, allowing you to select the content type and set the start/end times.

  • To rename a schedule, click the name field, drag to select the default name, and enter a new name.

  • Selecting a date range by clicking or dragging on the calendar opens the New Event Settings window. Here, you can set the following options:

    • Event Type: This is the basic setting that selects whether the event will display content (Content Schedule) or turn off the display (Display OFF Schedule).

      • Content Schedule: Selected when reserving content such as media or a playlist to be displayed on a specific device.

      • Display OFF Schedule: Used to specify the date and time to turn off the display, helping to save the equipment's power consumption.

    • Content Selection: This option allows you to select the content (individual media, playlist, or AD content) to be displayed on the screen.                                                                                                                                                                    (Note: This option is only activated when Content Schedule is selected.)

    • Event Start/End (Date and Time): Use this field to set the start and end times for when the selected media, playlist, or AD content will be displayed on the screen.

    • Fitting Options:

      • Fit: Maintains the image's aspect ratio while fitting it as large as possible within the container.

      • Crop: Enlarges the image to fill the container, cropping the overflowing parts.

      • Stretch: Forces the image to match the container size, which may distort the aspect ratio.

    • Repeat Options:

      • Not Repeat: For when you want the schedule to run only once.

      • Daily: For when you want the content to run daily, but with specific days of the week selected.

      • Every Weekday: For when you want the content to run five times a week, from Monday to Friday.

      • Weekly: For when you want the schedule to run repeatedly on a specific day of the week.

      • Monthly: For when you want the schedule to run repeatedly on a specific date of the month.

(Note: All schedules run based on the device's local time zone.)

  • After completing the settings, click the Save button to create a new event, which is then added to the Schedule List.

The schedule management screen is largely composed of two areas: the Calendar and the Schedule List, allowing users to visually check and manage their schedules.

  • Calendar

    • Clicking the Month/Week/Day button in the top right of the screen allows you to check the schedule by month, week, or day, depending on your desired view.

    • The year and month are displayed at the top of the calendar , and today's date is highlighted in yellow on the calendar.

    • The arrow buttons on either side of the year and month allow for easy navigation to the previous or next month.

  • Schedule List

    • It is located on the left side of the screen and displays a list of all created schedules.

    • Clicking each schedule displays its events as a timeline on the calendar , and clicking an event on the calendar allows for its editing.

    • When you mouse over an item in the Schedule List, five icons are displayed. The function of each icon is as follows:

      • Push to Devices Icon: Opens the Device Transfer window where you can select the target device to apply this schedule to. After selecting the device, click the Send to Device button in the top right. The selected device will download the content and begin playback when the schedule conditions are met.

      • Duplicate Icon: Copies the schedule.

      • Overlapping Event Priority Icon: When multiple events are scheduled for the same time, the event located higher in the Priority List will be played first. You can change the priority order by drag-and-dropping events in the Priority List.

      • Default Content Icon: If no content is scheduled for a specific time slot, the device will default to displaying a black screen. To prevent this, you can set default content to play automatically when no other content is scheduled. Clicking this icon opens the Default Content Setting window, where you can specify the default content.
