Device Status

The Device Status page provides a comprehensive view of all registered devices and their current operational status. It allows administrators to monitor device health, performance, network information, firmware versions, and other key system details in real time.

  • Model and Device Name: Displays the device model and the custom name assigned by the user.

  • Health:

    • Indicates the current operating status of the device.​

    • A green checkmark indicates that the device is online and functioning normally.

  • Device ID: A unique identifier automatically assigned to each device for management and tracking purposes.

  • Last Seen Online:

    • Displays the most recent date and time the device successfully connected to the server.

    • If the timestamp is outdated, the device may be offline or experiencing network connectivity issues.

  • CPU Temperature: Displays the device's current CPU temperature.

    • Tip: CPU Temperature Guidelines If the CPU temperature remains above 80°C for an extended period,, it may cause system errors or shorten the hardware's lifespan.

      • Normal (30–65°C): Optimal performance.

      • Caution (66–80°C): Ensure proper ventilation and check for high-load content playback.

      • Danger (81°C or higher): Stop playback immediately and check the cooling status.

  • CPU Temperature Trend (Last 24 Hours): 

    • Shows a sparkline chart representing CPU temperature changes over the past 24 hours.​

    • Helps quickly identify overheating risks and abnormal temperature fluctuations.

  • Live Screen View: Displays the content currently playing on the connected display in real time.

  • Device Log: 

    • Provides access to system activity logs and connection history.

    • Logs can be searched by date to help diagnose device issues and review device activity and operational events.

  • Date Registered: Shows the date when the device was first added to the system.

  • IP Address: Displays the device's current network IP address.

  • Current and Latest Device Firmware Version:

    • Displays both the currently installed firmware version and the latest available version.​

    • If a newer firmware version is available, updating is recommended to ensure optimal performance, stability, and security.

  • Clear Device Cache:

    • Remotely clears cached data to improve performance and free up storage space.

  • Remote Display On / Off:

    • Allows you to remotely enable or disable HDMI display output.

    • This feature makes it easy to control connected displays without requiring on-site access.
