Device Card
Device Card provides various tools to monitor the status and manage your registered devices at a glance.

➀Thumbnail: Displays a thumbnail of the content currently playing on the device.

➁Device Connection Status: The cloud icon indicates the network connection status of the device. (Green: Online, Gray: Offline)

➂Device Model Name: Displays the model name of the device.

➃Edit Icon: Allows you to modify detailed information, such as the device name, location, and operating hours.

➄Preview Icon: Real-time monitoring of the content currently displayed on the device.

Device Location: View the installation location of the device on Google Maps.

Camera Snapshot: This feature is activated only when a camera is connected to the device and displays the camera's real-time image.

Audio Volume: Remotely adjusts the device’s audio volume.

Audience Analysis: Activated by checking the 'Audience Analysis' checkbox in the camera settings. It collects visitor data via the connected camera. This data can be analyzed by metrics, time, and day of the week to help establish efficient store management strategies. Please refer to Audience Analytics Dashboard below for details.

Device Log: View the device's operational status and connection history by date.

Change Group: Moves the device to a different group.

Delete: Removes the device from the server.

Device Details Panel
➇Device Details Panel provides a comprehensive view of the selected device's basic information and current system status. Click ➆Details button on Device Card to display the Device Details Panel on the right side of the screen.

Playing Content: Displays the content currently being played on the device. One of the following will be displayed: Media, Playlist, or Layout. Click the link to view the details.

Registration Date: The date and time when the device was first registered in the system.

Registered By: The account name of the administrator who registered the device.
-
Device Location: Displays the location set during device registration.
-
HD-OUT 1/2/3/4: Displays the resolution and frame rate information for each output port. (e.g., 3840×2160@60.00fps)

Device Log: Click View to display system status and connection history by date.

Note: You can enter any special notes or remarks for device management. Click to the right of the pencil icon to enter your content.

Audience Analysis Dashboard

Data Range and Metric Settings

Date Range: Specify a custom analysis period using 'Start Date' and 'End Date', or select from the 'Quick Range' presets such as 'Today', '7Days', 'This Week', 'This Month', or 'This Year' for quick access.

Metric: Select a metric such as 'Visitors', 'Dwell Time', or 'Attention Time' for analysis.

Data Filtering: Detailed analysis is available by selecting categories (Total, Gender, Age) in the 'Hourly' and 'Weekly' charts.
Summary Information (Total & Graph Summary)

Total: Displays the total number of visitors, average daily visitors, average dwell time, and average attention time for the specified period.

Graph Summary: Provides a summary of the overall data context.
-
PEAK: Shows the peak point and value of the visitor count within the selected period.
-
LOWEST: Shows the lowest point and value of the visitor count within the selected period.
-
ZERO BUCKETS: Indicates the number of intervals where the visitor count was '0'. Useful for identifying data gaps or periods with no activity.

AVERAGE / TOTAL: Displays the average visitor count and the cumulative total for the selected period.
-
TREND: Shows the overall flow of the visitor count and the rate of change (%).
-
PEAK HOUR: Displays the specific time of day with the highest visitor count. Useful for analyzing hourly patterns.

BUSIEST DAY: Displays the specific day of the week with the highest visitor count. Useful for analyzing weekly patterns.

Charts and Visualization Tools

Hourly Chart: Displays hourly data (00:00–22:00) as a bar chart, helping to identify visitor trends throughout the day.

Weekly Chart: Visualizes changes in visitor counts by day of the week (Sun–Sat) to analyze when visitors are most concentrated.
-
Timeline Chart: Shows visitor trends over the entire selected period as a line graph, illustrating long-term data fluctuations.
