  • Click New Media button to open the upload window.

  • Drag files from File Explorer to the file upload area in the upload window, or simply drag them directly to the media page without clicking the Add Media button.

  • Upload multiple files at once, including JPG, PNG, MP4, DOC, and other supported formats.

  • To add a YouTube video, copy the video link from the web browser’s address bar and paste it into the address input field in the upload window.

  • When you click the Upload button, the upload of media files dragged into the upload area will begin.

  • Once the upload is complete, the media files will appear on the Media page, where they can be sent directly to devices or used as components in playlists and ad content.

  • Media Thumbnail:

Push to Devices Icon : Opens the Device Transfer window, where you can select multiple devices to send this media to. After selecting the devices, click the Push to Device button at the top right. The selected devices will download the content and start playback once the download is complete.​

  • Add to Playlist Icon: Opens a window where you can select the playlist to add this media to. After selecting the desired playlist, you  will be taken to the playlist editing screen, where you can confirm that the media has been added to the selected playlist.

  • Star Icon: Click the Star Icon in the media file thumbnail to mark it as a favorite, making it easy to find and use in the Favorite section.

  • More Options Icon:

    • Open in New Tab: Preview the selected media file in full size or detail in a new browser tab.

    • Download Media File: Save the uploaded content to your local computer for editing or backup.

    • Share

      • By default, media files can only be used within a specific group.

      • Using the share feature allows access from other groups, making it useful for multi-group collaboration or centralized content management.

      • Click Share to open a dropdown menu and select the group to share with

    • Delete: Removes the media file.​

  • Media Detailed Info Panel: Click the Click For Details button in the media thumbnail to display detailed information about the media in the right panel.
